About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Sales & Client Success Executive to join Al Mosanne3, a leading Lebanese clothing manufacturer. The role focuses on building relationships with B2B clients, guiding them from inquiry to order, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to production.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a professional manner.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate apparel solutions.
• Guide prospects through the sales cycle and follow up on leads.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee accurate order handling.
• Keep communication records organized and update client information regularly.
• Represent the Al Mosanne3 brand with confidence and professionalism.
