Junior Data Entry & Logistics Operations Officer

About the role

JAMCO Trading is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Data Entry & Logistics Operations Officer to support the Logistics Department. The role involves accurate data entry, documentation management, and coordination of daily operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update logistics, orders, and delivery information.
• Prepare and organize invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation.
• Track deliveries, pending orders, and returns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounting, and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily and weekly reporting.
• Identify and report data discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
