Service Dispatcher – Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from the initial request through successful completion. The role involves sourcing and coordinating technicians across the United States, negotiating rates, scheduling site visits, and ensuring seamless execution of work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from request to closure, including documentation, technician payment, and final verification.
• Source qualified technicians for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general maintenance trades, negotiate competitive rates, and secure primary and backup providers.
• Coordinate schedules, site visits, assessments, repairs, and follow‑ups while handling multiple active work orders simultaneously.
• Research unfamiliar technical issues, prepare accurate quotes, scopes of work, and pricing proposals for client approval.
• Monitor job progress, costs, profitability, and technician performance, addressing delays or complications promptly.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask, follow up on several jobs, and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Availability for full‑time, on‑site work in Jdeideh and U.S. night shifts (approximately 4 PM–1 AM).
