About the role
The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients of a personal injury law firm. Working remotely, you will qualify cases, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hand‑off to the pre‑litigation team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor email and chat channels for new leads, file setups, and audits.
- Answer inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and transfer calls as needed.
- Set up new client projects in Filevine and organize related documents in Dropbox.
- Register comments, observations, and updates in the case management system.
- Follow up on assigned leads, maintain quality interactions, and clean up old leads.
- Complete the intake process and forward submissions to the Pre‑Litigation department.
Required profile
- Fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 3 years of remote sales or intake experience.
- Sales background; personal injury experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Filevine case management software.
- Experience organizing documents in Dropbox.
