Information Technology Supervisor

About the role

CredoByte is seeking an experienced Information Technology Supervisor to join its Dbayeh office. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure the smooth operation of all technology services, providing hands‑on support and strategic guidance to the IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations and maintain system, network and infrastructure reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Lead, mentor and delegate tasks to the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure to align with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in information technology, including systems, networks and infrastructure management.
• Strong background in technical support and efficient issue resolution.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, task delegation and staff mentoring.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• A degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity measures and modern workplace tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
