Recruitment Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead our full‑cycle hiring process on a remote, full‑time basis. You will work closely with leadership to attract and select talent for customer‑facing positions across our sustainable energy business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs, create job postings and source candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews and assess both skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain an applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding activities, including new‑employee orientation and training coordination.
• Contribute to employer‑branding initiatives and produce recruitment metrics and reports.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting and hiring experience, preferably in sales, construction, energy or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and maintaining detailed recruitment records.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices and interest in sustainable energy solutions.
• Reliable PC and stable Wi‑Fi connection.
