Hotel Breakfast Waiter

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Waiter to join the breakfast team at Sodeco Suites, a contemporary four‑star hotel in Beirut’s bustling business district. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming dining experience for guests during breakfast, ensuring the buffet area is clean, well‑stocked, and efficiently managed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet before service begins.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked buffet stations throughout the shift.
• Refill food and beverage items promptly as guests dine.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to keep the dining area flowing.
• Assist guests with inquiries in a polite, professional manner.
• Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow hotel service standards, health, and safety procedures.
• Support the team with additional tasks as directed by the manager.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to work early morning shifts.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Proficiency in English.
