About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team and deliver high‑quality coffee and beverage service. The successful candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure clean workspaces, and uphold our standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following company recipes.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
- Perform quality checks on food and beverage offerings to guarantee consistency.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to every customer.
- Contribute to a positive and inviting environment for guests.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Customer‑service mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
