About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to own the creator‑acquisition funnel and lead a dedicated recruitment team. This position drives the growth of our creator network by turning prospects into signed, active creators and building a scalable process across markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and lead a recruitment/sales team of headhunters.
  • Own the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel: sourcing, outreach, interview, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly creator‑signing and active‑conversion targets.
  • Systematise and document the sales process to enable scaling across regions.
  • Manage the outreach gifting budget.
  • Screen incoming creators for existing agency commitments to avoid poaching violations.
  • Report on pipeline health and conversion KPIs.

Required profile

  • Proven sales leadership and experience building funnels.
  • Background in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within the creator/influencer ecosystem.
  • Self‑directed, target‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
