Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketer to build and lead our Marketing practice from the ground up. As Head of Marketing you will act as a strategic advisor to startups and growing companies, helping them define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies across branding, growth, content, communication and digital channels.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives that drive business results.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, translating strategic vision into actionable plans.
• Shape and expand Poyesis’ own Marketing division and service offering.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience consulting with startups or high‑growth companies.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building functions from scratch.
• Excellent strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams.
