About the role
We are seeking a Growth Executive to accelerate revenue for swftbox, a tech‑first e‑commerce enablement platform. This early‑career position is ideal for a sales‑driven professional with 1–2 years of experience who thrives on both inbound and outbound prospecting and enjoys working with fast‑growing online brands.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and close new business through a mix of inbound and outbound activities.
- Rapidly follow up inbound leads and qualify the most promising opportunities.
- Identify, outreach, and nurture outbound prospects independently.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand merchants’ shipping, fulfillment, and scaling challenges.
- Demo the swftbox platform and explain its integration with Shopify, WooCommerce and similar systems.
- Recommend tailored solutions based on volume, operational complexity and growth plans.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo) to research prospects, prepare calls and increase productivity.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth partner launches.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, growth or a commercial role.
- Strong interest in tech, SaaS and modern e‑commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or similar ecosystems.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
- Proactive, go‑getter attitude with persistence in prospect outreach.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Organised, able to manage own pipeline and follow‑ups.
- Motivated by performance and personal growth.
