Grants Manager – Maternity Cover

About the role

The Grants Manager (maternity cover) will work closely with the Deputy Country Director Programs and senior management to oversee the full lifecycle of the mission’s grant portfolio in Lebanon. This includes early donor discussions, proposal development, compliance monitoring, visibility requirements and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular oversight and monitoring of all active grants.
• Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of high‑quality funding proposals, concept notes and reports in line with donor regulations.
• Maintain grant documentation, tools and records, including the GESPRA system, and stay updated on donor requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of all grant‑related deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with implementation staff and donor focal points on contract management, reporting, communication and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, rigorous environment and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GESPRA grant management system.
