Right Hand to Managing Director – Client Ops, Onboarding & Admin

About the role

SkySail Strategies is seeking a proactive professional to serve as the right hand to the Managing Director. Working remotely, you will own the end‑to‑end client onboarding experience and keep the firm’s daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed on time.
• Coordinate brokerage account connections, including self‑directed IRAs, with custodians (Equity Trust) and futures brokers (StoneX) via MetaTrader 5.
• Maintain and optimize the client‑operations CRM (GoHighLevel), managing pipelines, automations, and reporting.
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and client requests while supporting the Managing Director’s task list.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email and chat, delivering clear, professional written support.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client processes simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills; tone reflects the firm’s brand.
• Comfortable working US Eastern business hours from any location.
• Experience in a client‑facing or operations role within finance or a related sector.

What we offer

• Independent contractor arrangement paid monthly in USD.
