Procurement Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement Coordinator joins SARA Group’s Procurement Function, supporting cost‑efficiency, supplier collaboration and operational accuracy across the organisation. You will work closely with finance, internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities, vendor communication and purchase‑order management.
• Prepare cost analyses, procurement reports and vendor comparisons using advanced Excel techniques.
• Analyse spend data to identify trends, variances and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking with high accuracy.
• Develop PowerPoint reports and dashboards for internal and management review.
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery timelines and contract compliance.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance or data analysis.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, data modelling).
• Microsoft PowerPoint for report formatting and presentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for procurement processes.
