About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join Exclusive Management’s on‑site team in Sinn Al Fil. In this full‑time position you will engage prospective customers by phone, present our products and services, and help drive revenue while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and generate new business opportunities.
- Present product features, answer questions, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Track interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or support.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in continuous training.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
