About the role
We are seeking an organized and reliable Operations & Aftersales Coordinator to act as the central link between our showroom, clients, warehouse, and installation/service teams. The role ensures smooth scheduling, effective communication, and a high‑quality client experience from order confirmation through final installation.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule fireplace, BBQ, and appliance installations.
- Follow up with clients before and after installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily with technicians, warehouse staff, and showroom personnel.
- Manage service requests and after‑sales claims.
- Update Google Sheets and maintain accurate tracking of all jobs.
- Verify that products and accessories are prepared and ready for each installation.
- Contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience.
Required profile
- Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods.
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, after‑sales, logistics, showroom coordination, or installation scheduling is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
