Financial Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Financial Reporting Specialist will support Azadea Group by delivering accurate internal reporting, conducting analytical reviews, and ensuring compliance with established control policies. This role involves both consolidated and non‑consolidated financial analytics and contributes to special projects as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Create internal reporting packages on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Assist in preparing analytical insights for consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements.
• Engage in special projects and conduct ad‑hoc analyses upon request.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve the efficiency of financial reporting.
• Plan and execute the monthly consolidation process, including elimination entries.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, equity statement, cash flow).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Two to four years of experience in a similar financial reporting role.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
