Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will oversee financial accounts, reporting, ERP systems, and strategic initiatives across the Group’s holding and operating companies. This position blends financial control with system ownership to drive operational efficiency and support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for HoldCo and OpCo entities and strategic projects.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, KPI dashboards, and cash/credit analyses for senior leadership.
• Manage closing processes, including inventory, year‑end, and periodic accounting.
• Monitor sales performance, commissions, aged receivables, and other key financial metrics.
• Coordinate audits, deliver required documentation, and act as primary contact for auditors and consultants.
• Drive continuous improvement of ERP processes and system architecture.
• Validate developer deliverables, performance, and related costs.
• Oversee retail financial operations such as sales orders, POS transactions, credit limits, and discount structures.
• Provide actionable financial insights for operational and commercial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate documentation requirements.
• Participate in valuation, investment analysis, and M&A initiatives.
• Report directly to the CEO and support project performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (certifications a plus).
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
