About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a Finance Manager (M/F) to support its humanitarian operations in Lebanon. The position is based in Beirut, starts ASAP, and is a three‑month fixed‑term mission focused on strengthening accounting, reporting and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and close accounting for Q1‑Q3 2026 and produce internal financial reports.
Develop budget proposals for upcoming funding opportunities (e.g., OCHA, GIZ).
Support budget holders across bases in financial management and monitoring.
Deliver training to administration supervisors on accounting and financial procedures.
Assist with high‑volume project audits and donor reporting requirements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics).
3‑4 years experience in the humanitarian sector.
3‑4 years experience in a comparable finance or accounting role.

Required skills

Strong accounting knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
Proficiency in SAGA and/or Microsoft Navision/Business Central.
Ability to produce accurate financial statements and budgets.
