Finance Manager (M/F) – Beirut

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a Finance Manager (M/F) to support its humanitarian operations in Lebanon. The position is based in Beirut, starts ASAP, and is a three‑month fixed‑term mission focused on strengthening accounting, reporting and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and close accounting for Q1‑Q3 2026 and produce internal financial reports.
• Develop budget proposals for upcoming funding opportunities (e.g., OCHA, GIZ).
• Support budget holders across bases in financial management and monitoring.
• Deliver training to administration supervisors on accounting and financial procedures.
• Assist with high‑volume project audits and donor reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics).
• 3‑4 years experience in the humanitarian sector.
• 3‑4 years experience in a comparable finance or accounting role.

Required skills

• Strong accounting knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SAGA and/or Microsoft Navision/Business Central.
• Ability to produce accurate financial statements and budgets.
