Finance Manager

About the role

Digico Solutions is looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance across the company, combining direct responsibility for daily operations with financial guidance to the CEO, Deputy CEO and business leaders. The role safeguards cash, ensures reliable reporting and compliance, and supports profitable growth across cloud services, AI, consulting, managed services and resale.

Key responsibilities

• Accounting and reporting: own the full accounting cycle and monthly close within 7 working days, maintain accounting policies and a chart of accounts, and produce accurate entity and consolidated reporting under IFRS where required.
• Budgeting and forecasting: lead the annual budget and rolling 12-month forecast with department heads, present a monthly management pack, and evaluate business cases.
• Commercial finance: review pricing, project budgets and contract terms with Sales, Presales and Delivery, and track project and recurring service margins.
• Revenue and billing: turn contracts and statements of work into billing schedules, apply revenue recognition policies including IFRS 15, and reconcile partner charges such as AWS.
• Cash flow and treasury: maintain a 13-week cash forecast, own receivables and collections, and manage banking relationships and supplier payments.
• Tax and compliance: coordinate VAT, income/corporate tax, withholding tax and Zakat, ensure compliant electronic invoicing, and validate payroll.
• Internal controls and team leadership: maintain finance policies and controls, supervise the Finance Associate, and coordinate external accountants, auditors and tax advisers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including 2 years owning the full accounting cycle for a services or technology business.
• Experience with multiple entities and currencies, budgeting, cash management, project profitability, external audits and local tax advisers; supervising a small team preferred.
• Fluent English and Arabic required.

Required skills

• Strong IFRS knowledge and practical revenue recognition experience.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and strong financial modelling; cloud accounting and planning systems required.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books, ScaleXP, BambooHR and Notion preferred.
