Finance Manager – Digital WealthTech Platform

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital wealth‑tech platform operating in the UK and KSA. Reporting to the founders/CEO, the Finance Manager will lead the finance function from Beirut, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, strong financial controls, and timely compliance while building modern financial visibility through tools and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end bookkeeping for UK and KSA entities in Xero and maintain audit‑ready books.
• Manage the full accounts‑receivable cycle, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition and reporting.
• Handle multi‑entity accounting, inter‑company reconciliations and produce consolidated group‑level financial statements.
• Ensure timely VAT returns and tax filings in both jurisdictions, coordinating with local advisors.
• Implement expense‑management tools, control payables and forecast cash flow.
• Build real‑time financial dashboards and monthly management reports with actionable insights.
• Continuously improve finance processes through automation and integration of the finance tech stack.
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, banks and legal teams to support audit and statutory reporting.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and at least 10 years of experience.
