Deals Strategy & Operations Senior Associate

About the role

The Deals Strategy & Operations (DSO) team is seeking a Senior Associate to support healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. You will work alongside a team of problem‑solvers, applying strategic and commercial insight to help clients navigate complex M&A, restructuring and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, market assessments and growth strategy projects for healthcare and pharma clients.
• Structure analyses and apply strategic frameworks to develop actionable recommendations.
• Own specific engagement components and collaborate with team members to produce high‑quality reports and presentations.
• Research, aggregate and analyse data to extract insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Assist in preparing business plans and evaluating company strategies against market performance and competitor strength.
• Support internal business development activities, including proposal preparation and thought‑leadership contributions.
• Participate actively in client engagements, working closely with Managers and Senior Managers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in M&A, strategy consulting or corporate finance, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of feasibility studies, market research and business‑plan development.
• Experience conducting commercial due diligence and strategic assessments for large organisations.
• Excellent analytical ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
