Field Sales Representative – FMCG Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our fast‑growing distribution team. Working outdoors across Beirut, Metn, Mount Lebanon and Keserwen, you will be the primary point of contact for retail and wholesale customers, ensuring our national and international brands are well‑presented and readily available.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail and wholesale clients daily to showcase product portfolios.
• Negotiate orders and pricing within company guidelines.
• Follow up on deliveries, payments and resolve any issues promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle multiple accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territories.
• High integrity and alignment with company values of trust, transparency, speed, innovation and commitment.
