Sales Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and professional Sales Development Executive to be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in Hamster POS solutions. You will engage with business owners and decision‑makers, understand their needs and guide them towards the right product.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries and calls.
• Analyse the customer's business, current setup and requirements.
• Identify and recommend the appropriate Hamster POS solutions, including POS, inventory, online ordering, mobile apps, loyalty, CRM, reservations and hardware.
• Qualify leads, book product demonstrations and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and coordinate with the sales team to ensure each opportunity is properly managed.

Required profile

• Strong communication and listening abilities with a confident phone presence.
• Commercially minded, persuasive and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Professional, energetic and organized, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in POS, SaaS, ERP, technology or hospitality solutions is strongly preferred.
