About the role
We are looking for a professional and highly organized female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team of a reputable jewelry company located in Jal El Dib. The role involves handling daily operational tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring confidential information is handled with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages.
- Assist with daily operational tasks and office organization.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required profile
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Own a personal car.
- Well‑presented and professional appearance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Residence in or near Jal El Dib (e.g., Antelias, Bikfaya, Bauchrieh).
