About the role

We are looking for a professional and highly organized female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team of a reputable jewelry company located in Jal El Dib. The role involves handling daily operational tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring confidential information is handled with discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and office organization.

Required profile

• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Own a personal car.
• Well‑presented and professional appearance.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Residence in or near Jal El Dib (e.g., Antelias, Bikfaya, Bauchrieh).
