Fashion Stock Keeper – Fabric Inventory & Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Stock Keeper to manage fabric inventory for our fashion operations. The role ensures that the right materials are available at the right time, supporting design and production teams while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control fabric stock levels, updating inventory records regularly.
• Source fabrics and materials according to client specifications, quality standards and budget constraints.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to guarantee material availability for ongoing projects.
• Maintain and develop supplier relationships, exploring new sourcing opportunities.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with fashion fabrics, textiles and suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
