About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder of our organization in Kinshasa. The role demands excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to the Founder, managing calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen calls and emails, prioritize communications, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Handle personal tasks and errands as required.
- Support project coordination and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
