Digital Sales Representative

About the role

The Digital Sales Representative will promote Tomohi’s online courses and subscription plans, engage with prospects through multiple digital channels, and support learners throughout registration and payment. This customer‑focused role combines sales, lead management, and post‑sale support within a growing digital education platform.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Tomohi’s online courses, programs, and subscription plans.
• Respond to leads and inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, social media, website and other digital channels.
• Contact potential customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Explain course details, platform features, pricing and offers clearly.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into registrations and sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated lead database and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Assist customers throughout registration, subscription and payment processes.
• Guide new users on platform access and usage.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and lead generation.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate suggestions to management.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, registrations and sales performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales or a similar role (preferred).
• Experience in digital sales, education or e‑learning environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a sales‑driven mindset.
• Excellent follow‑up abilities and interest in digital education.
