Digital Marketing Manager – Abidjan, Ivory Coast

About the role

We are looking for a senior Digital Marketing Manager to define, lead, and execute our pan‑African digital strategy from Abidjan. You will ensure creative, high‑performance content, maintain brand consistency across multiple markets, and drive data‑focused results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and adapt a global digital strategy for all brands, creating an annual action plan and managing multi‑country budgets.
• Oversee the production of original, modern content, set editorial guidelines, and launch new formats such as video, user‑generated content, influencer campaigns, and digital activations.
• Lead, coach, and expand the digital team, set objectives, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Monitor digital performance across African countries, produce comparative dashboards, and align actions with local marketing managers.
• Design and optimise multi‑country advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms, tracking awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion metrics.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management and propose optimisation plans.
• Stay ahead of digital, social and cosmetic trends, identifying innovations and new growth levers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an international company or agency.
• Proven experience in the cosmetics industry is highly valued.
• Strong background in team management and multi‑country coordination.
