Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Le Gray Hotel is recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for its Sales & Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. The successful candidate will strengthen the hotel's brand positioning, digital presence and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage all social media platforms and content calendars, and create visuals, reels, videos and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels, and coordinate campaigns and promotions for the hotel and its F&B outlets.
• Update website content, run SEO initiatives and monitor digital advertising performance, KPIs and campaign ROI.
• Coordinate PR, influencer collaborations, media partnerships and photoshoots.
• Support CRM, email marketing and guest engagement campaigns, and conduct competitor analysis.
• Work with suppliers and internal departments, support the annual marketing plan and budget, and report to the Commercial Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, brand management or advertising & PR agencies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.

• Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, creativity and organisational skills.
