About the role
The Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) seeks a Digital Content Designer to create and update twelve online courses on Green Technologies. Working in a hybrid setting, you will translate storyboards into engaging multilingual e‑learning materials in English, French and Arabic.
Key responsibilities
- Design and technically update 12 specialized online courses using Articulate 360, Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
- Produce and edit digital assets—including videos, interactive exercises, scenarios and PDFs—ensuring consistency across the three official languages.
- Edit video content, add voice‑overs, sound effects, and correct errors using Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro and related software.
- Apply After Effects and 3D effects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Create infographics that simplify complex information.
- Support ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the Knowledge Management Team leader and SPARK/OES coordinator.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic arts or a related field.
- Minimum six years of experience in graphic or digital arts.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic (speaking, reading, writing, understanding).
- Experience with UN or similar international organizations is desirable.
