We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Digital Art Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a proven track record of creating visually stunning, effective campaigns across social media platforms and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute innovative visual solutions for a diverse range of clients, focusing on digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and ensuring creative excellence.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain high quality control and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Art Director at a reputable advertising agency.
• Extensive experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and digital ads.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Passion for creativity and strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
