Main Missions

• Manage and update customer records within the CRM system.

Profile Required

• Excellent command of Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good proficiency in English to facilitate internal communication.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• High level of patience and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a personal computer, and a quiet, professional workspace.
