Customer Support & Quotation Agent

About the role

Allways Transfers is looking for a Customer Support & Quotation Agent to act as the main point of contact between travel agencies and our global airport transfer services. You will handle client inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and ensure smooth booking coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests via email, WhatsApp and phone.
• Prepare and send quotations using internal rate sheets and supplier tools.
• Follow up on pending quotes and assist agencies in finalising bookings.
• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and secure reservations.
• Resolve client issues, complaints and last‑minute changes.
• Log all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
• Prioritise urgent RFQs and monitor incoming requests.
• Support the operations team with additional supplier communication when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, especially with rates and destination information.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Patience, empathy and professionalism in stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
• Proficiency in using email and instant‑messaging platforms for high‑volume communication.
