Customer Solutions Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Coordinator at SERVPRO of Wilson County, you will be the welcoming voice and organizational heartbeat of the office. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and support a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals (FNOL) while providing excellent customer service.
• Identify, capture, and convert direct leads, dispatching them to the appropriate teams and tracking follow‑up.
• Coordinate production schedules, daily logistics, and on‑call rotations.
• Schedule estimate appointments, send approved estimates, and maintain proprietary work platforms.
• Send required documents for signature, update the WIP dashboard, and assist with general office administration.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of business or administrative experience.
• Strong working knowledge of current business software and technology.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
