About the role
We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced B2B consulting team in Beirut. The role focuses on providing high‑quality assistance to customers via email and chat, ensuring swift resolution of product and service issues.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to Spanish‑speaking customers through email and chat channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product‑related issues.
- Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and the knowledge base.
Required profile
- Intermediate proficiency in written Spanish.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Good PC literacy, especially with Microsoft Office.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in an international environment.
