Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will guide clients through solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and maintain strong relationships while handling a high volume of interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver updates to over 100 clients daily through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements.
• Organize and manage multiple interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients for long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment or HR processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when handling difficult client interactions.
