Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

About the role

Quiqup is looking for an enthusiastic Entry‑Level Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders across the MENA region and beyond. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless post‑checkout experience for our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partners, merchants, shoppers and riders, responding to requests, complaints and compliments with empathy and professionalism.
• Explain Quiqup’s operational procedures, policies and service details clearly to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics by liaising between partners and internal teams, troubleshooting delivery challenges in real time.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery issues, working with internal operations and logistics partners to find swift solutions.
• Maintain communication between drivers and end‑customers to ensure successful deliveries and timely updates.
