Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage inquiries and ensure a smooth experience for retail, wholesale and e‑commerce customers. Based on‑site in Jdeidet El Matn, the role involves handling orders, coordinating deliveries, processing warranties and after‑sales requests, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and in‑person.
• Process e‑commerce orders from confirmation through delivery and communicate updates.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on order status.
• Manage warranty claims, repairs, exchanges and other after‑sales requests.
• Support wholesale customers with inquiries, orders and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, stores and after‑sales teams to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory‑related tasks as needed.
• Assist in day‑to‑day showroom and customer service operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or e‑commerce is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
