Customer Relationship Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through solutions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Handle client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks and outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
• Passion for helping clients and exceeding expectations.
