Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Metcom, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join its St Clair Shores office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive prompt, knowledgeable support and a seamless experience with our print, promotional, and office product services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries, issues, and follow‑up needs.
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers select appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and technical problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a customer‑service mindset.
• High attention to detail with the capacity to multitask.
• Experience using CRM platforms and customer support tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; experience in print, promotional products, or office services is a plus.
