About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Care Representative to join our premium online florist in Beirut. You will be the first point of contact for customers across WhatsApp, phone, social media, and our website chat, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and website chat.
• Assist customers in placing orders, selecting floral arrangements and gifts, and customizing their purchases.
• Provide product recommendations and guide customers to the perfect selections.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and deliver effective solutions.
• Follow up on orders to ensure an outstanding post‑purchase experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order details.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic required, French a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e‑commerce.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, positive, and customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for part‑time work.
