About the role
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to be the voice of our company. In this position you will engage directly with customers, gather feedback, and help resolve any issues they encounter.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively call customers to follow up on their experience with our products and services.
- Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide product support and guidance to help customers maximize solution benefits.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless support.
- Collect payments from clients and manage license renewals.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience in customer support, help‑desk, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with software products, preferably POS systems.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
