CRM Administrator – Zoho CRM

About the role

CIS College is seeking a hands‑on CRM Administrator to own and continuously improve its Zoho ecosystem. You will manage the CRM, integrate it with the student information system, and collaborate with multiple departments to streamline processes and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, permissions, and Blueprints.
• Build and maintain automations using Deluge scripting.
• Test and support integrations between Zoho CRM and the student database, documenting issues and coordinating fixes.
• Manage Zoho SalesIQ for live chat, lead capture, and operator performance.
• Create reports and dashboards with Zoho Analytics to aid decision‑making.
• Support marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer communication workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation of CRM configurations, automations, and business processes.
• Collaborate with academic, admissions, and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience administering a CRM platform.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
