ERP Application Support Engineer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to join its team in Lebanon. You will work on Keystone's Rocket UniVerse and MultiValue ERP applications, providing end‑to‑end technical delivery from prototype to production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Read, maintain, troubleshoot, and extend code within Rocket UniVerse and MultiValue ERP applications.
• Lead technical discovery for complex customer requests, examining workflows, data, and existing systems.
• Design and build reliable integrations with third‑party systems using REST APIs, web services, and secure file exchange.
• Investigate complex application behavior and data issues across code, database structures, business rules, and interfaces.
• Create diagnostic utilities, conversion programs, data corrections, and repeatable automation for support and implementation.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technical solutions from proof of concept through production rollout and stabilization.
• Ability to make sound trade‑offs among scope, speed, quality, maintainability, and customer impact.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
