Creative Graphic Designer & AI Strategist – Real Estate Focus

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer who also acts as an AI strategist to shape the visual identity of our real‑estate agency. You will design and execute cutting‑edge visual campaigns, focusing on short‑form reels, storytelling, and AI‑driven visualisations of future property developments.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging, trend‑aware real‑estate reels for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop and implement a visual strategy that turns properties into compelling narratives.
• Use AI tools to visualise unfurnished spaces, future developments, and commercial transformations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social‑media algorithms, settings and growth tactics.
• Propose and execute strategic content plans before trends become mainstream.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating real‑estate reels with measurable engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to combine design and AI to showcase future property perspectives.
• Strong portfolio that includes at least two real‑estate reels and one AI‑driven visualisation.
• Self‑starter who can both define strategy and execute it independently.

Required skills

• AI visualisation tools for property rendering.
• Video editing and reel creation for social media platforms.
• Expertise with major social‑media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their algorithmic nuances.
