Corporate Manager - Student Life & Management

About the role

SABIS, a global education network present in 21 countries, is hiring a Corporate Manager for Student Life and Management in Adma, Lebanon. The role drives the implementation and continuous improvement of student life, engagement, wellbeing and management initiatives across the SABIS network, working closely with schools and regional teams to apply consistent policies and best practices. It also monitors program effectiveness, gives guidance and training and supports schools in building strong student leadership, wellbeing and behaviour management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of SLO programs, leadership initiatives, peer tutoring, shadow teaching and community engagement activities across schools, aligned with established standards.
• Work with regional and school teams to promote a consistent, enriching student experience supporting leadership, citizenship, wellbeing and personal development.
• Oversee the application of student management, behaviour, safeguarding, child protection and anti-bullying policies to keep schools safe and inclusive.
• Monitor student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and performance data, maintain reports and dashboards and recommend improvements.
• Provide training, guidance and resources to school teams on student life, wellbeing, social-emotional learning, safeguarding and behaviour management.
• Review major SLO events, annual calendars, critical incidents and disciplinary cases for consistency, quality and compliance with SABIS policies and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in student life, student affairs, student management, counselling, wellbeing, educational leadership or a related area within a school or educational environment.
• Experience in the SABIS network is preferable.
• Proficiency in English.
• Preferred certifications: Child Protection and Safeguarding, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) or Student Wellbeing.
