Corporate Manager – Student Life & Student Management

About the role

The Corporate Manager – Student Life & Student Management leads the implementation and continuous improvement of student life, engagement, wellbeing, and management initiatives across the SABIS® Network. This role works closely with schools and regional teams to ensure consistent application of policies and best practices that create a safe, inclusive, and development‑focused student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of SLO programs, leadership initiatives, peer tutoring, shadow teaching, and community engagement activities across schools.
• Collaborate with regional and school teams to promote a consistent and enriching student experience supporting leadership, citizenship, wellbeing, and personal development.
• Oversee the application of student management, behavior, safeguarding, child protection, and anti‑bullying policies.
• Monitor student engagement, wellbeing, behavior, and performance data, maintain reports and dashboards, and recommend improvements.
• Provide training, guidance, and resources to school‑based teams on student life, wellbeing, SEL, safeguarding, and behavior management.
• Review major SLO events, calendars, critical incidents, and disciplinary cases to ensure consistency and compliance with SABIS® policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field (Master's a plus).
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in student life, student affairs, counselling, wellbeing or educational leadership.
• Experience within the SABIS® Network is preferable.
• Proficiency in English.
• Preferred certifications in Child Protection, Safeguarding, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, SEL or Student Wellbeing.
